When registering at 9ajl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9ajl account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 9ajl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 9ajl will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security on your part.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

9ajl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method.
